 160 and stuck Xirayne is 160 and I have no idea what to do. I cant seem to find a team and cant get myself into penumbra. What should I do?

Care to explain what's your current situation?

Just as a reminder don't hurry going to Penumbra, it's -far- more dangerous than Adonis. Mobs hit hard and there's lot of em. I was like 170-80 or something when I went there, takes a lot of runspeed to cope underwater and preferably a few supporters, most important someone who knows the way. Not hard to get lost there.
This can be organized but you have to be able to take care of yourself underwater since it's not a pleasant place and dying there means a huge delay. Sanctuary key makes it whole lot easier.
As a suggestion, make the keys for both garden and sanctuary, do hecks every now and then, go to BS, organize an alien raid or two, make patterns for new symbiants...

First thing, (as Mes said) dont rush it.. take it from a guy with a pool at 80M+ 
I could help you out, not sure if I'm able to get you all the way into Pen though...

Do missions and save often. Explore scheol and ado. Join some heckteam or ai-raid. Go lft.
Kinda hard to answer precisly on such a general question.

Hi Xira,
Do you have both Adonis Sanctuary keys? If not, get those.
Everyone's preceding advice is right on target. Spend the next ten levels filling out your SL keys, optimizing your symbiants, gear, and nanos. Gain some AI levels. Then, when you're around Level 170 and have all your ducks in a row, let's put together an org team to get you into Penumbra, get some insignias for you, and get you saved in a garden.

On both my toons, I did some upgrading at 160, did a lot of LE mishes/AI raids, and then did heck team to about 175, where I wandered into pen and bummed some pen mishes off of high level teams
So yeah, essentially, what everyone else said
